Hayden Hooper and Luke Elliment are both qualified and registered LBP builders. Hooper Elliment Homes was established early 2018 and in that time have completed:
A two storey 320 sqm new build in Northcote, consisting of a 30-degree pitch asphalt shingle roof with James Hardie Linea weatherboard cladding.
A 230 sqm, single storey, timber weather board project in Helensville.
A 180 sqm, architecturally designed 2 storey mono pitch new build in Devonport consisting of polished concrete block, Vertical Cedar weatherboard and Pine Timber weatherboards.
Currently are working on a $2.5 million, 400 sqm, 33.3-degree pitch, architecturally designed 2 storey project in the new subdivision area of Weiti Bay, with brick and vertical cladding which is currently at the cladding stage
HE Homes are looking to extend their client base and offer their services to price and build new projects. HE Homes work to a very high standard and always meet deadlines, with a very reliable base of subcontractors they strive to achieve the best price and quality for client projects. HE Homes are currently available to start new projects for the first half of 2020.
